To create a custom invoice, go to the “Invoices” section and click on “Create New Invoice.” Add the details of the items or services you provided to the client, along with any applicable taxes or discounts. The header of the invoice will include the details of both your client and your company, such as name, address, and contact information. You can also upload your company logo to the invoice to give it a professional look.

Uleadz is supported worldwide. However, the phone system feature only works with US and Canadian phone numbers. Technicians outside of these countries can still receive job notifications through push notifications or email.
Uleadz allows you to assign different permissions to your users, so you can limit their access to certain parts of the software while disabling other features or sections. For example, you can restrict access to Finance, Settings, certain job sources, and other technician’s jobs. These permissions are customizable and can be changed at any time.
